Meet & Greet on arrival at NJP station
/ IXB airport & transfer to Gangtok - "The
Capital City of Sikkim". On arrival check-in to
your hotel & rest of the day at leisure. Overnight

DAY 02:
GANGTOK
Start for a half day trip of Tsomgo
Lake (12,400 ft.), 34 km from Gangtok city & Baba
Harbhajan Singh Memorial. Lake freezes completely during
the winter and is much revered by the locals. Overnight
at Gangtok.

DAY 03:
GANGTOK -LACHUNG (ABOUT 117 KMS /6 HRS)
After breakfast pick up at 0900 A.M
from Hotel at Gangtok & transfer to Lachung (altitude
8610 ft). Enroute visit Singhik View point, Seven Sisters
Water Fall, Naga Water Fall. Overnight at Lachung.

DAY 04:
LACHUNG -YUMTHNAG EXCURSION (24 Km. & 11,800
ft)
Early Morning visit Yumthang-valley
(known as Valley of Flowers), Yumthang is the summer
grazing ground of the Yaks & winter playgrounds
of yetis. On the way back visit the Hot Spring considered
to have medicinal properties. Back to resort for lunch.
Spent afternoon interacting with the local people taking
the idea of their simple lifestyle. Overnight Halt at
Lachung.

DAY 05:
LACHUNG- GANGTOK (ABOUT 117KMS/6 HRS)
After breakfast departure (8.00 am,)
for the Gangtok enroute witness the Beautification of
the wonderful Bheema & Twin Falls. Overnight Halt
at Gangtok.

DAY 06:
GANGTOK- DARJEELING
(ABOUT 119 KMS /4 HRS).
After breakfast start half day city
tour of Gangtok covering Rumtek Monastery, Botanical
Garden, Do-Dul Chorten, Institute of Tibetology, Flower
show and cottage industry. Back to Hotel for lunch &
transfer to Darjeeling. Arrive Darjeeling transfer to
Hotel. Overnight Halt.

DAY 07:
DARJEELING
After breakfast visit Himalayan Mountaineering
Institute, P.N. Zoological Park (closed on Thursday)
Tenzing Rock, Tibetan Refugee Centre (closed on Sunday),
Tea Garden (outer view), and Japanese Temple. After
Lunch visit Rock Garden & Ganga Maiya lake. Evening
free (walking tour of mall - suggested). Overnight at
hotel.

DAY 08: DARJEELING - MIRIK EXCURSION
Early Morning (at 0400 am) drive to
Tiger hill to watch the spectacular sunrise over Mt.
Kanchendzonga (28,208 ft. Worlds third highest peak),
on way back visit Ghoom Monastery, Batasia Loop. After
breakfast excursion trip to Mirik Lake an excellent
scenic spot, nestled in forested hills at an altitude
of 5800 ft., it is famous for its man-made Sumendu Lake,
Orange Orchards, Cardamom plantations and Tea Estates
enhance the Surroundings here. Evening return to the
hotel. Overnight at hotel.
